New ‘Silver Raven Jewels’ are released monthly. Specific date & time will always be noted on Instagram and in the announcement bar at the top of the homepage here on website. 

Email subscribers, SRS VIP Club, will have access to new ‘Silver Raven’ Collections 2 to 3 days prior than the general public. A newsletter will be sent to your email with a direct link to view and shop the latest Silver Raven Jewels! 

Unfortunately, I cannot accept reservations or hold items. All new work in the monthly ‘Silver Raven’ Collection Drops are offered on a first come first serve basis. Joining the SRS VIP Club is the best way to access new work and attempt to get the piece you want. 

When scheduling permits, I accept a limited number of Custom Orders each quarter. Announcements for availability will always be made on Instagram. There is usually a waitlist for Custom Orders, so please feel free to email me to get in the que. 

Vintage items are dropped in the shop regularly. There is no set release schedule or early shopping access to these collections. The best way to see the latest Vintage is to check back often. 

• These items are fabricated and one-of-a-kind. 
• No modifications or resizing is offered. 
• Ships within 3-5 days after payment is processed. 

• These are pre-designed items that are crafted in your size.
• Production time can be 2-4 weeks.
• Ships within 1-2 days days after completion. 

• These items are custom designed, crafted, and sized for the Client. 
• Production time can be 4-6 weeks.
• Production will begin after the 50% deposit is received. 
• Final Payment is due upon completion. 
• Ships within 1-2 days after final payment is made. 

• Ships via USPS Priority or First Class with tracking & insurance. 
• Items usually arrive within 3-5 days after shipping. 

• Ships via DHL or USPS First Class International.
• US Customs Order Number is provided for tracking.
• Item can take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. 
• Buyer is responsible for any customs or import fees. 

• Items will only ship to the address on the order. 
• Expedited Shipping is available upon request. 
• Silver Raven Studio is not responsible for any items damaged by the shipping carrier. However; we will work with the Buyer on resolutions. 

• Returns will only be considered on United States Orders. 
• Returns will only be considered within 5 days of receipt of the item.
• Buyer is responsible for Shipping costs to send the item back,
• Items must be sent back with tracking & insurance. 
• Refunds will occur only after the item is received undamaged.
• Returns are not accepted on International Orders, Custom Order Items, Made to Order Items, or Sale Items.
